Went on a sunrise hike in Mendon Ponds Park, on the Southern Meadow Trail, leaving the trail head just past first light, around 6:45 AM. I was hoping to find some deer 🦌 to take pictures of, and Mendon Ponds has always been reliable for me.
I saw a lot of eastern bluebirds, prepping the bird houses along the trail. 🐦⬛
…and, my obligatory squirrel picture. 🙂 🐿
All pictures were taken with my Canon EOS T7, and one of two lenses. Either my Tamron 70-200 f/2.8, or my Tamron 18-400 f/3.5-6.3.
This is my total hike. Lol….I average about one mile per hour when I am trying to hike quietly.
